You will guide the maintenance team, handle service requests, perform repairs across trades, and promote safety and resident satisfaction.

The role requires a high school diploma and 3+ years in property maintenance, plus a valid driver’s license; on-call rotation

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks and unit make-ready standards.
• Review service requests and track progress; identify chronic issues.
• Respond to maintenance issues promptly per policy.
• Perform repairs in electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC, carpentry, and grounds maintenance.
• Perform preventive maintenance and safety inspections.
• Walk property weekly with leadership to address challenges.
