Allied Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations, manage a team, coordinate repairs and renovations, and ensure safety and quality across properties. You will lead contractor work, monitor budgets, and maintain records to support a high-quality living environment for residents.

The role requires leadership experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to read technical documents.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience supervising a maintenance team.
• Strong problem-solving, planning, and organization abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, correspondence, and basic technical documents.
• Basic math and measurement skills (algebra, geometry).
• Physical ability to inspect and maintain property, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in varied weather.
• Commitment to professionalism and dependable service.

Responsibilities

• Inspect facilities and equipment to plan service needs and staffing.
• Direct maintenance, repair, and renovations; obtain bids for external work.
• Oversee contract projects to ensure specs and quality.
• Procure building and maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Plan, track, and manage the maintenance department budget.
• Maintain records of labor, materials, and costs; prepare reports.
