Job summary

Allied Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations, manage a team, coordinate repairs, and ensure safety and quality across properties. The role focuses on vendor coordination, budgeting, and ensuring a high-quality living environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership skills with experience supervising a maintenance team.
• Ability to read and interpret basic technical documents.

• Physical ability to perform inspections and maintenance work.

Responsibilities

• Inspect facilities and equipment to determine service needs and staffing requirements.
• Assign and oversee maintenance tasks; secure bids for outside contractor work as needed.
• Direct contracted projects to ensure adherence to specifications and quality.
• Purchase building and maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Plan, track, and manage the maintenance department budget.
• Maintain records of labor, materials, and costs; prepare cost reports.
