Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Cypress Creek at Montfort Drive. You will oversee daily maintenance operations, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and manage the budget while mentoring the maintenance team.

Responsibilities include completing service requests, performing repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC and carpentry, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards to deliver a high-quality resident experience.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 3 years in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and upkeep of the property.
• Ensure compliance with Avenue5 policies and local, state, and federal requirements.
• Maintain property budgets and monitor maintenance costs.
• Supervise maintenance team to meet service requests and make-ready standards.
• Review progress of service requests and identify chronic issues.
• Respond to maintenance issues promptly per policy while staying professional.
• Perform repairs in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and related areas.
• Lead safety and risk management practices and on-call support as needed.
• Inspect grounds and facilities to maintain safety, cleanliness and curb appeal.
