Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Avenue5 policies and safety regulations.
• Manage service requests, make-ready standards, and vendor coordination.
• Lead maintenance team and mentor staff.
• Maintain property budgets and monitor costs.
• Conduct inspections and respond to emergencies.
