Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the property's inside and exterior spaces, grounds, and common areas, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality. You will lead the maintenance team, manage work orders, and supervise the Make Ready process in line with company policies.

You will inspect work, maintain inventory, assist in budgeting for maintenance and capital expenses, and support cost-control initiatives while ensuring compliance with safety

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED; OSHA standards and MSDS regulations knowledge.
• Supervisor experience: 1–3 years leading maintenance teams and evaluating performance.
• Experience preferred: 2–3 years apartment maintenance or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the maintenance team, hire and train staff.
• Respond to work orders, diagnose issues, and perform repairs per policy.
• Inspect work, ensure safety, quality, and compliance with budgets.
• Maintain inventory and assist in budgeting for maintenance and capex.
• Conduct safety meetings and ensure regulatory compliance.
