Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee building systems, grounds, and common areas across sites. You will lead the maintenance team, handle work orders, and ensure safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage preventive maintenance, assist in budgeting, and coordinate with vendors while maintaining high service standards for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; technical qualification is a plus.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and MSDS is preferred.
• Experience leading maintenance teams and managing work orders.
• Proficiency with property management software is desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the maintenance team; conduct evaluations, hire and train.
• Respond to resident requests, diagnose defects, and perform repairs.
• Oversee preventive maintenance, manage budgets, and control costs.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with policies and codes.
• Coordinate with vendors, inspect work, and maintain inventory.
