You will manage service requests, budget considerations, and safety, while guiding a maintenance team to deliver timely, quality work.

Responsibilities include proactive maintenance, vendor coordination, and promoting resident satisfaction through cleanliness and curb appeal.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least three years of experience in property management or related field.
• Possess general maintenance and carpentry skills.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks and unit make-ready standards.
• Review service requests and track progress, identifying chronic issues.
• Respond to maintenance issues promptly per policy.
• Perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC, carpentry, and grounds.
