Job summary

RangeWater in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the property maintenance team, oversee routine repairs, and ensure buildings, grounds, and amenities meet safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; OSHA/MSDS knowledge.
• Technical degree is preferred.
• Experience as a supervisor in maintenance or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance team and evaluate employees.
• Oversee Make Ready process from start to finish.
• Diagnose and repair defects per safety standards and code requirements.
• Inspect work of staff and contractors; ensure quality and cost controls.
• Maintain inventory and coordinate parts with management for budget adherence.
• Assist in budgeting for maintenance and capital expenses.
