Brookdale is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the upkeep of our communities, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards. You will supervise maintenance staff, coordinate repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems, and maintain common areas to a high standard.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1–2 years related experience or equivalent.
• Valid State Driver’s License required for vehicle travel.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and manuals; strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises maintenance and repairs to buildings and grounds per standards and policies.
• Oversees HVAC, elevator, fire/sprinkler systems, generator, landscape, kitchen equipment, and emergency systems.
• Responds to resident maintenance requests and repairs plumbing, electrical, and lighting.
• Maintains and inspects common areas; trains maintenance staff as needed.
• Coordinates with fire and safety officials and conducts in-service safety training.
