Brookdale is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the upkeep of our senior living community. You will supervise maintenance, housekeeping and laundry staff, hire and train personnel, and ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 2–3 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises community maintenance, housekeeping and laundry staff, including hiring, training, evaluating performance, resolving disciplinary issues and firing.
• Directs workers in interior/exterior maintenance; inspects work for standards and policies.
• Oversees scheduled maintenance for HVAC, elevator, fire/sprinkler systems, generator, landscape and kitchen equipment.
