Qualifications

• Education: HS diploma or GED with 2–3 years related experience.
• Valid State Driver’s License required for vehicle travel.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.

Responsibilities

• Manages associates responsible for maintenance and repair of buildings to meet standards and policies.
• Supervises maintenance, housekeeping and laundry staff; hires, trains, evaluates, disciplines.
• Directs maintenance of interior/exterior; inspects work for conformance to standards.
