Job summary

ZRS Management LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to reinforce our property teams with skilled, customer-focused maintenance and leadership. You will coordinate turns, perform essential repairs, and support the Property Manager across multiple sites.

Ideal candidates bring practical maintenance experience, strong scheduling, and the ability to lead a team while ensuring safety and budget alignment. This is a full-time on-site role with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and proof of automobile insurance.
• EPA certification preferred.
• If required at a specific property, certification must be obtained within 90 days of the employment start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient service calls per policy.
• On-call service as determined by Property Manager.
• Schedule apartment turns and turn units within 3–5 business days.
• Perform light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and masonry repairs.
• Maintain common areas, clean and inspect pools/Jacuzzis.
• Assist Property Manager with vendor selection and budget adherence.
• Lead and train maintenance staff; supervise contractors' work.
