Job summary

ZRS Management LLC seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to uphold service standards and resident satisfaction. You will lead maintenance activities, respond to service requests, schedule apartment turns, and supervise staff to ensure timely, high‑quality work.

This role requires coordinating with the Property Manager on preventive maintenance, inspecting contractors, maintaining logbooks, and helping manage the maintenance budget.

Qualifications

• EPA certification preferred; if required at a property, certification must be obtained within 90 days of start date.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and proof of auto insurance.
• Maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of the property and respond to service requests promptly.
• Coordinate on-call service and schedule apartment turns within 3–5 business days.
• Inspect and approve work by outside contractors and maintain safety logs.
• Maintain common areas, pools, shops, and preventive maintenance program.
• Train maintenance staff and assist in budget adherence.
