ZRS Management LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations across the property, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant service. You will manage repairs, schedule turns, supervise staff, and coordinate with vendors to protect asset quality and resident satisfaction.

Based in Haltom City, this full-time role requires hands-on skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry, plus leadership and on-call availability to meet property goals.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and proof of automobile insurance.
• EPA certification preferred; if required at a specific property, certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
• Strong maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.
• Excellent communication with residents; ability to lead and train maintenance staff.
• Willing to work on-call hours and weekends; travel for training.

Responsibilities

• Prompt and efficient service calls in accordance with the service policy.
• On-call service as determined by Property Manager.
• Scheduling of apartment turns and turning vacant units in 3–5 business days.
• Performing light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and masonry repairs.
• Maintain common areas, pools, and shops; train maintenance staff.
• Assist in vendor selection and maintaining preventive maintenance programs.
• Inspect move-outs; video tape damages and determine repair costs.
• Maintain required logbooks and ensure EPA and Fair Housing compliance.
