Asset Living in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead on-site maintenance across a community. You will oversee staff, manage service requests, schedule work, and ensure safety compliance.

The ideal candidate holds a High School Diploma, EPA/CPO certification, HVAC knowledge, and familiarity with Fair Housing Laws and OSHA. This is a full-time role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC desired.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance management and daily onsite attendance.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and community features daily for safety and liability concerns.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with Community Manager.
• Maintain records of service requests, OSHA/Fair Housing compliance, and make-ready status.
• Participate in on-call emergencies and oversee resource planning.
