Avenue5 Residential in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance operations, ensure property compliance, and manage the maintenance budget while delivering high standards of service to residents.

You will oversee service requests, scheduling, and preventative maintenance across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and related trades; mentor the team and uphold safety, quality, and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least three years of experience in property management or directly related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
• Manage service requests, schedule work, and ensure timely completion.
• Perform repairs in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and related trades.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and curb appeal; mentor maintenance team.
