Job summary

HNN Communities is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Supervisor in Everett, WA to lead a maintenance team and manage daily upkeep of the community. This role drives safety, scheduling, and quality of repairs across units and common areas.

You will oversee make‑ready tasks, coordinate vendors, and ensure timely completion of work orders while maintaining inventories and safety compliance. Competitive pay and benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related maintenance experience.
• Certifications such as CPO and CAMT are preferred.
• Experience leading a team with ability to source, interview and manage performance.
• Strong maintenance skills: electrical, plumbing, pool, appliances, carpentry, painting.
• Knowledge of Federal Fair Housing regulations and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day maintenance operations and upkeep.
• Lead, direct and supervise maintenance staff with performance feedback.
• Interview, hire, train, and onboard maintenance staff.
• Manage and complete work orders within policy timelines.
• Maintain make‑readies and coordinate with vendors for contracted work.
• Track inventory, safety records, SDS, and scheduling of inspections.
