Job summary

DevCo Residential is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Supervisor in Everett, WA to lead daily maintenance operations and a maintenance team at the community. Responsibilities include managing work orders, make-readies, and vendor coordination while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

The role requires at least 3 years of related experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work in the U.S. The company offers comprehensive benefits and a competitive hourly pay range.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related maintenance experience, preferably at a supervisory level.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles.
• Must be legally qualified to work in the U.S. per I-9 requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain the physical condition and general upkeep of the community per safety standards.
• Lead and supervise maintenance employees; provide performance feedback and coaching.
• Hire, train and onboard new maintenance staff in collaboration with HR.
• Manage work orders, make-readies, and vendor scheduling per policy.
• Inspect and maintain building systems, grounds and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
