Job summary

HNN Communities in Everett, WA is hiring a Full-Time Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance operations at the community. You will oversee a maintenance team, manage work orders, and ensure safety standards are met while coordinating make-readies and vendor work.

The role requires at least 3 years in maintenance, supervisory experience preferred, and proficiency with MS Office and Yardi. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm, with comprehensive benefits and housing-discount

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related maintenance experience, preferably with supervision.
• Certifications such as CPO and CAMT are preferred.
• Strong leadership with ability to interview and manage staff.
• Proficient in MS Office and property management software (Yardi preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to speak, read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and the physical upkeep of the community following company standards.
• Lead and supervise maintenance staff; provide feedback and address misconduct with HR support.
• Interview, hire, train, and retain maintenance personnel and coordinate with HR for onboarding.
• Manage and complete all work orders within policy timelines and keep SDS and safety records updated.
• Make-ready apartments (painting, flooring, cleaning, rekeying) and coordinate vendor work.
• Schedule testing and maintenance of systems (pumps, boilers, elevators, generators, detectors).
• Perform regular inspections (pre move-out, move-out, PMIs) and coordinate safe operations.
• Manage landscape maintenance, contractors, and on-call after-hours response.
