Job summary

HNN Communities in Everett, WA is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations at the community. You will lead a maintenance team, ensure safety standards, and drive timely completion of work orders and make-ready units.

Qualified candidates have at least 3 years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma, and strong leadership and communication skills. The role includes comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related maintenance experience, preferably at a supervisory level.
• High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver’s license.
• Certifications such as CPO and CAMT are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain the community’s physical condition and general upkeep following safety standards.
• Lead, direct and supervise maintenance staff; provide feedback and address misconduct.
• Hire, train and onboard maintenance employees in collaboration with HR.
• Manage and complete work orders and make-ready units per policy and timelines.
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
