Job summary

Thrive Communities is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our onsite maintenance team at our Seattle properties. This 100% in-person role requires strong leadership, hands-on maintenance skills, and budget-aware decision-making.

Responsibilities include coordinating with leasing staff, conducting safety meetings, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring a high standard of resident service. Ideal candidates will have CAMT/CPO certificates and reliable tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in property management or equivalent experience
• 6+ months of supervisory experience
• Proficient in unit turns and appliance repair
• Strong understanding of OSHA guidelines and PPE
• Ability to input data in English into software
• Experience with Yardi or similar system
• CAMT and CPO certifications preferred
• Must supply own tools

Responsibilities

• Oversees and leads maintenance team members
• Perform maintenance tasks such as unit turns and work orders
• Coordinate with leasing staff and managers for communication
• Conduct monthly safety meetings and OSHA/SDS reporting
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance
• Maintain grounds and professional appearance of property
• Manage vendors and inventory within budget
• Emergency on-call required; assist residents to exceed expectations
