Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee property maintenance across our communities. You will manage the maintenance team, handle work orders, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

The role requires coordinating preventive maintenance, supervising technicians, and collaborating with the Community Manager on budget and supply management. On-site work with variable hours, including weekends, is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required; OSHA knowledge preferred.
• Experience supervising maintenance staff and managing work orders or preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team and evaluate staff performance.
• Respond to resident service requests and diagnose repairs.
• Inspect work, manage inventory, and assist in budgeting for maintenance expenses.
• Ensure safety compliance and proper use of tools and equipment.
• Maintain property appearance and perform preventative maintenance.
