Liberty Military Housing is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor II to lead maintenance operations at a multi‑family military community in California. You will supervise Service Technicians, Groundskeepers, and housekeeping staff, overseeing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs.

Responsibilities include scheduling, budgeting, vendor coordination, safety inspections, and ensuring timely completion of work orders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Proven ability to supervise and lead a team.
• HVAC and EPA Certifications preferred.
• Advanced trades knowledge in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpet care, and appliance repair.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong customer service.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicle.
• Willingness for on-call work and overtime as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs and work in diverse environments.

Responsabilités

• Plan, schedule and supervise the maintenance staff in daily activities including maintenance, installations, repairs, service requests, turns, and grounds care.
• Hire, train and develop employees; ensure safety policies are followed.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for installation, maintenance, and repair work.
• Maintain the department budget and ensure projects stay within guidelines.
• Prepare specifications for major projects and solicit bids; inspect vendor work.
• Purchase maintenance supplies and manage inventory efficiently.
• Ensure service requests and make-readies meet LMH quality standards.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce OSHA regulations.
• Travel to regional locations as needed; operate a vehicle for work.
