Job summary

Liberty Military Housing is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to manage operations for a multi-family military community. You will supervise service technicians, groundskeepers and housekeeping, lead safety practices, and ensure timely repairs and turns.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in maintenance with supervisory experience; HVAC and EPA certifications are preferred. The role requires valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally, with competitive benefits and growth

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years related experience; 2 years in a supervisory role preferred.
HVAC and EPA Certifications preferred.
Advance level in basic trades: electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpet care, appliance repair.
Excellent verbal and written communication; strong customer service.

Responsibilities

Plan, schedule and supervise maintenance staff daily activities; maintenance, installs, repairs and service requests.
Hire, train and develop employees; enforce safety practices and policies.
Coordinate with vendors for installation and repairs; ensure quality and cost controls.
Maintain department budget; manage projects within budget guidelines.
Prepare specs for major projects; solicit bids and inspect contractor work.
Ensure proper inventory and timely completion of service requests and turns.
