Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team for our properties. The role involves scheduling daily tasks, preparing units for occupancy, and overseeing vendor work and inventory.

Ideal candidates will have HVAC, plumbing, and electrical knowledge, supervisory experience, and a detail-oriented, self-motivated approach. This is a full-time on-site position in the Dallas area with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Ability to supervise maintenance staff and coordinate tasks.
• Proactive in improving maintenance processes and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform and schedule daily maintenance tasks including preparing vacant units for occupancy and preventative maintenance.
• Assist in interviewing and recommending maintenance, housekeeping/custodial, or grounds personnel.
• Train service teams and supervise vendors and inventory.
• Ensure OSHA standards and safety policies are followed and on-call responses are managed.
