Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance team and ensure upkeep of buildings and grounds at the AMC properties. The role involves supervising staff, coordinating vendors, and enforcing safety standards to maintain high-quality living environments.

The position is full-time on-site, with an on-call requirement for urgent service requests. Candidates should have HVAC, plumbing, and electrical knowledge and prefer supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks and preventive maintenance.
• Assist in interviewing and training maintenance, housekeeping/custodial, and grounds staff.
• Schedule and supervise vendor work and manage inventory of supplies.
• Ensure OSHA and company safety policies are followed at all times.
• Respond to service requests on a 24/7 on-call basis.
• Maintain clean and orderly work areas and equipment.
