Job summary

Bedrock Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations, diagnose issues, and manage service requests with a strong background in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.

You will lead a service team, manage budgets, order supplies, and ensure timely, quality work while upholding Bedrock's standards and values. Travel up to 10% is possible as needed.

Qualifications

• EPA Section 608 Certification required for HVAC refrigerants.
• HVAC Certification or equivalent required.
• Must obtain required certifications within 60 days of employment.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is beneficial.
• Plumbing or electrical licenses are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the workflow for the service staff and delegate workload.
• Meet and exceed budget expectations for expenditures.
• Order supplies, materials, and tools as needed.
• Diagnose problems and repair major appliances, HVAC, plumbing, electrical (when unlicensed), carpentry, pool care, and roof/gutter repairs.
• Address landscaping and snow/ice removal.
• Communicate effectively with residents and coworkers.
• Perform service requests correctly and promptly.
• Operate computers and company software.
• Meet Bedrock's service turn times and quality standards.
• Lead with vision, innovation, and drive.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
