Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance process and flow of service staff.
• Order supplies, materials and tools as needed.
• Diagnose problems and repair major appliances, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry.
• Maintain property condition and respond to after-hours issues.
• Coordinate with residents and document time/work orders.
