Job summary

Elmington Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our property management team in Nashville, TN. You will respond to service requests, perform repairs, and help maintain the physical condition of our multi-family communities with a focus on HVAC, plumbing, and general carpentry.

Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years of maintenance experience, EPA 608 or HVAC certs, and strong communication skills to interact with residents and coworkers. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification is required or must be obtained within 60 days of employment.
• EPA Section 608 certification required for handling refrigerants.
• Experience with plumbing, carpentry, electrical work.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests and complete repairs in a timely manner.
• Diagnose and repair appliances, HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems as needed.
• Perform building maintenance and routine upkeep of the property.
• Maintain accurate time reporting and adhere to company policies.
