Job summary

Elmington Living is seeking an on-site Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance activities for the property, including ordering supplies, diagnosing issues, and guiding service staff.

The role requires HVAC expertise (EPA Section 608) and at least 2 years of maintenance experience. Strong communication and leadership are essential, with occasional travel up to 10% of the time.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of property maintenance experience.
• HVAC or EPA Universal certification required; license/permit if applicable.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations for the property, including ordering supplies and scheduling work.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general carpentry.
• Supervise service staff, delegate workload, and ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Maintain accurate time reporting and compliance with company policies.
