Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a maintenance technician to manage and perform routine and preventive maintenance across a high‑volume apartment community. You will diagnose issues, repair systems, and support make‑ready processes for new move‑ins.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or related experience and training.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively to represent management.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident requests and service orders, diagnosing issues and performing repairs per policy.
• Oversee make-ready process to prepare vacant units for leasing, schedule vendors, and ensure quality of work.
• Maintain grounds, exteriors, and common areas to Greystar standards and safety codes.
• Inspect work by team members and contractors; enforce quality and safety standards.
• Assist in budget development for repairs, maintenance, and capital projects.
• Participate in safety meetings and keep OSHA-related documentation current.
