Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the physical aspects of buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet company standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.

Responsibilities include completing work orders and preventative maintenance, making-ready vacant units, inventory management, and assisting in general property upkeep. Strong safety awareness and valid certifications are required.

Qualifications

• EPA Type I and II or Universal refrigerant certifications required.
• State and local jurisdiction certifications as required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Complete the make-ready process for vacant apartments and coordinate vendors.
• Track inventory, request re-orders, and return unused items to storage.
• Document service requests accurately for tracking and reporting.
• Maintain grounds and common areas; perform cleaning and basic painting as needed.
• Support cost-control by repairing parts instead of replacing when feasible.
