You will supervise service requests, perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry, and manage safety and risk on site. Prior maintenance leadership and carpentry skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least three years of experience in the property management industry or related field.
• Possess general maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Lead service requests, unit turn/repair, and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Respond promptly to maintenance issues while maintaining professionalism.
• Perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and grounds.
