Job summary

Asset Living in Texas seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations, manage staff and vendors, ensure safety standards, and deliver excellent resident service. Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and on-site software familiarity.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management and supervision of maintenance staff.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and community features daily to identify hazards and ensure safety.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program and manage maintenance supplies within budget.
• Plan and utilize property resources, equipment, and supplies economically, including vendor bids.
