Job summary

Sonoco is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Hartselle, AL to lead daily maintenance activities, improve equipment reliability, and uphold safety standards. You will drive preventive and predictive maintenance, support SPS and Lean initiatives, and develop a high-performing maintenance team to meet production and customer commitments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred.
• Experience with CMMS, preventive/predictive maintenance, and reliability initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability and safety.
• Drive preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance practices.
• Coach and develop maintenance personnel and manage schedules.
• Lead root cause analysis to eliminate recurring failures.
• Collaborate with operations, quality and engineering to meet objectives.
