Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance supervisory or leadership experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading maintenance teams and improving equipment reliability, safety, and operational results.
• Experience with CMMS systems, preventive maintenance programs, reliability initiatives, and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and promote a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with all company, federal, state, and local safety and environmental regulations.
• Drive equipment reliability and uptime through preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance practices.
• Champion the Sonoco Maintenance Excellence process to improve OEE, reduce downtime, and optimize maintenance costs.
• Supervise, coach, and develop maintenance personnel to ensure the team possesses the skills and capabilities required to perform safely and effectively.
• Plan, prioritize, and coordinate maintenance activities to support production requirements and customer commitments.
