The role requires 3+ years in industrial maintenance leadership, CMMS experience, and a technical engineering background.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of maintenance supervisory or leadership experience in industrial manufacturing.
- Experience leading maintenance teams and improving equipment reliability, safety, and ops results.
- Experience with CMMS systems, preventive maintenance, reliability initiatives, and root-cause analysis.
- Associate or Bachelor degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, Manufacturing, or related technical field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability and plant safety.
- Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs; improve OEE and maintenance costs.
- Coach and develop maintenance personnel; plan, prioritize, and coordinate activities.
- Collaborate with operations, quality, engineering, and leadership to achieve plant objectives.
- Lead and support continuous improvement using SPS, Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen; apply structured problem solving.
