You will lead a team, develop preventive maintenance standards, analyze asset performance and drive root-cause analyses. The role collaborates with production to minimize downtime and safeguard operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance supervisory experience.
• Ability to develop training material and train others.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Good understanding of safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead preventive maintenance programs.
• Analyze asset utilization and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
• Train maintenance staff and develop standard work procedures.
• Support production with technical expertise and issue resolution.
• Advise site leadership on significant maintenance problems and delays.
