Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations in a fast-paced production environment. This hands-on leadership role focuses on guiding maintenance personnel, improving equipment reliability, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to ensure safe and efficient production assets.

The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, a proactive maintenance mindset, and experience leading teams in industrial settings, with a focus on safety and productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience leading maintenance teams in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Strong troubleshooting with industrial equipment and facility systems.
• Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Familiarity with PLCs, automation equipment, and industrial controls preferred.
• Experience using CMMS or other maintenance management systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, and development for maintenance team members.
• Coordinate daily maintenance activities to support production goals and minimize downtime.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and controls issues.
• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance initiatives to improve equipment reliability.
• Ensure maintenance work adheres to safety and company policies.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and other departments on improvements.
• Monitor maintenance metrics and drive corrective actions to improve plant performance.
• Support maintenance planning, scheduling, inventory control, and work order management.
• Assist with equipment installations, facility upgrades, and capital projects.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
