Job summary

Sonoco Products Company in Hartselle, AL is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Reliability Technician to help maximize plant reliability. You will perform proactive maintenance, troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and automation systems, and apply root-cause analysis to prevent recurrence.

You will work on second shift 2pm-10pm, with occasional OT, and collaborate with operations to ensure safety, quality, and productivity while documenting maintenance in the CMMS and adhering to Sonoco's

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate's degree in Mechatronics or Industrial Maintenance preferred.
• Equivalent military experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Perform proactive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
• Troubleshoot failures and conduct root-cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Document maintenance actions in CMMS and communicate with operations.
