Focus in Birmingham, Alabama is seeking a leadership-oriented Plant Maintenance Supervisor to direct our maintenance mechanics, oversee day-to-day equipment operations, and manage PM programs and CMMS. Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• 7+ years of hands-on maintenance in a multi-craft industrial environment.
• Proficient with CMMS and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise daily work of maintenance mechanics across shifts.
• Oversee PM program and maintain CMMS data and logs.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, labor tracking, and spare parts inventory.
• Provide real-time diagnostic support and root-cause analysis for equipment failures.
• Coordinate with outside vendors for specialized equipment service and repairs.
• Assist in planning and installation of new or upgraded machinery.
• Report status updates to management and propose actionable solutions.
