Job summary

LMS is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at Preston Grove, a premier Build-to-Rent community in Savannah, GA. You’ll oversee day-to-day maintenance, coordinate unit turns, and partner with the Community Manager to ensure a high-quality living environment.

Ideal candidates have multifamily maintenance leadership experience, EPA and CPO certifications, and strong HVAC/plumbing/electrical troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance in multifamily/build-to-rent settings.
• EPA Certification and CPO certification or ability to obtain.
• Strong troubleshooting across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
• Experience managing vendors or contractors and coordinating with teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day maintenance operations for Preston Grove community.
• Coordinate punch lists, unit turns, and readiness for move-ins.
• Work with construction teams to document and resolve warranty items.
• Establish preventative maintenance programs and procedures.
• Ensure homes and amenities meet LMS quality standards.
• Supervise vendors, manage inventory, and track expenses within budget.
• Maintain accurate records and respond to emergencies as needed.
