Job summary

Ascension Commercial Real Estate LLC seeks an experienced maintenance lead to manage on-site maintenance for our community. You will oversee repairs, coordinate trades, and ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of tasks.

You should have HVAC certification, strong plumbing and electrical knowledge, and at least three years in apartment maintenance. Supervisory experience is preferred, and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Three years of apartment maintenance experience.
• HVAC certification details required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, perform, and assign maintenance and repairs, including electrical and plumbing, A/C and heating, appliances, lighting, boiler/gas/electric, and pool equipment
• Communicate assignments, monitor progress, and coach the team
• Ensure the team has complete instructions, supplies, tools, and safety equipment
• Maintain a safe working environment and enforce all safety processes
