Job summary

Pegasus Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Longshore Commons in Savannah, GA. You will work with the Maintenance Manager to meet safety, appearance, and operational standards, respond quickly to resident requests, troubleshoot issues, and restore service to the community.

The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and skills in HVAC, carpentry, drywall, appliances, plumbing and electrical repair; refrigeration certs

Qualifications

1-3 years maintenance experience required (apartment maintenance preferred).
Have at least a high school education or equivalent certification.
Preferred expertise in HVAC, carpentry, drywall, appliances, plumbing, and electrical repair.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Refrigeration certification (type 2 or universal) or obtain in the first 90 days of employment.
Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.

Responsibilities

Work closely with the Maintenance Manager to meet safety, appearance, and operational standards.
Respond quickly and courteously to resident maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues.
Repair and restore service within defined quality and time standards.
Collaborate with team to enhance performance and service quality.
