Lancaster Campus is seeking an Experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations across our apartment community in Atlanta, GA. You will supervise internal and external trades, ensure timely repairs, and manage capital improvements with a focus on safety and tenant satisfaction.

The role requires HVAC and electrical certifications, a valid driver’s license, and prior supervisory experience. A dynamic, service‑oriented team environment with growth opportunities awaits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• HVAC certification is required.
• Electrical certification (commercial and residential) preferred.
• Universal certification to be obtained within one year of hire.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property maintenance and oversee both indoor and outdoor upkeep.
• Manage mechanical work, code compliance, and in-house capital projects.
• Schedule capital projects and coordinate with external contractors.
• Inspect and repair appliances and boiler systems; oversee monthly reports.
• Maintain tenant relations and supervise night/weekend maintenance staff.
