• Assists and completes work orders from resident service requests; diagnoses defects and performs repairs per policies and safety codes.
• Oversees make-ready for vacant apartments: inspections, punch list, scheduling, materials, and quality checks.
• Develops cleanliness and appearance standards for community grounds and amenities.
