Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a maintenance technician to manage and perform tasks across community buildings, grounds, and common areas. You will diagnose issues, execute repairs, and ensure safety and cleanliness meet company standards.

The role involves coordinating make-ready work for new move-ins and monitoring vendor performance. The position requires hands-on skills with tools, problem solving, and strong customer service in a residential setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or related experience and training.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Ability to use hand/power tools safely and effectively.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly to represent management.
• Proficiency in basic math for financial and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair maintenance issues from resident requests following safety standards.
• Oversee and complete make-ready process for vacant homes for leasing and move-ins.
• Set cleanliness/appearance standards for grounds, buildings, and common areas to reflect Greystar quality.
• Periodically inspect work by team members and contractors and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain inventory and coordinate supplies with Community Manager to meet budgets.
