Job summary

Refresco is seeking a Supervisor Maintenance to lead the maintenance team, drive preventive maintenance, and optimize equipment reliability at our Charlotte facility.

The role reports to the Maintenance Manager and requires strong leadership, safety focus, and a proven track record in manufacturing environments. Shift is 2-2-3, days 6am–6:30pm, with a focus on reducing downtime and improving throughput.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years relevant work experience in a manufacturing facility.
• Proven leadership experience in a production environment.
• Experience with GMP, OSHA, SQF is beneficial.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under deadline pressures.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team and ensure preventive maintenance.
• Minimize downtime and maximize production capacity.
• Ensure health and safety compliance.
• Oversee equipment installation coordination.
• Document SOPs and best practices.
