Job summary

Refresco Beverages US, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team, drive preventive maintenance, and minimize downtime across the plant. Responsibilities include electrical troubleshooting, safety compliance, and cost‑effective reliability.

Shift: 1st shift, 6am–3pm; location Greer, SC. The role requires strong leadership, problem solving, and collaboration with production to maximize uptime and meet daily targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; undergraduate degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing facility.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, SAP and PowerPoint; strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the maintenance function and supervise other employees.
• Ensure preventive maintenance and electrical troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with production to optimize equipment performance and maintenance costs.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
